For the month of May I’m offering a Free half hour Bespoke Mindfulness Meditation Session for  those of you needing relief from stress, anxiety, depression and overwhelm. The session  includes a guided meditation and deep relaxation for mind/body/spirit  using breath control and stillness to experience present moment awareness  and creative visualisation techniques to create your perfect day or focus on a goal you wish to achieve .
