Feeling On Top Of The World With the Law Of Attraction

‘Health is Wealth’

10 simple and effective tips applying the Law Of Attraction to attract better health

The Law of Attraction states that life is like a mirror, whatever you consistently think about and feel, positive or negative, will be reflected back to you. The more you focus on the negative aspects of life the more negativity you’ll attract back. This negativity affects our thoughts, emotions, actions,  physical body and health. When faced with sickness or disease be mindful and watch your thoughts.

  • Clearly define what  your intention for health is .
  • Think consistently about healing and recovery not sickness and disease.
  • Focus on what you want to happen, not what you don’t want to happen, especially when the going gets tough.
  • Keep visualising and feeling the end result of what you want as happening in the now, don’t worry about the how.
  • Feed your mind , body and spirit with positive affirmations about your health throughout the day to counteract negative self talk.
  • Be proactive and take steps  to feel better no matter how small.
  • Expect health and get health.
  • Be grateful and appreciate all the positive things happening right now in your life to counteract moaning and complaining.
  • Meditate to tap into your inner wisdom to align with health and happiness and you’ll vibrate it.
  • Be the change you want to see.
